Polar Torsten Fill Logo Long Sleeve T-Shirt
The Torsten Fill Logo Long Sleeve T-Shirt has front and back screen prints added to a white, lightweight cotton background. The neckline and cuffs have ribbed edges which help to keep the shape over time, whilst also being comfortable against the body. The hem has a clean stitched finish which means it can be tucked in or left loose to suit. The fill logo is in place on the reverse and features a photographed image taken from founder Pontus Alv’s video archives which has blue, cream and black tones with handwritten text overlayed on top. Standing out against the image, sharp white lines draw Polar’s stroke logo and two small black dots feature above and below the central line. Added to the left side of the chest, a stylised text logo has been printed in black.
A minimalistic and creatively driven approach to design has earnt Polar a place as one of the leading independent skate brands of modern day. Founded and run by Pontus Alv, the company developed after his time spent working within Malmö’s skate scene making short documentaries. A mixture of conceptual elements alongside skate clips continue within recent films such as ‘We Blew It At Some Point’ (2018) and ‘I Like It Here Inside My Mind’ (2016) which proved popular with global fans.
